Cherrybrook Village is committed to providing you with a quick trip to the 'shops' via our Essentials Express pick up. 

If you’re looking to stock up on fresh food but want to limit your time, we have the answer for you! You don’t even need to get out of your car!




1. SELECT - from the list of products available from Martelli's Market's lists below.  
2. PAY - at the time of order, you’ll be asked your preferred payment method, you can over the phone or pay in person via eftpos at the time of collection
3. PICK UP  - your order will be ready for collection from our Essentials Express pick up zone between 9am and 3pm.




- You can pre-order by emailing with your name, contact number and which grocery box or call 02 9481 0444 to order from Martelli's Market; OR

- You can simply drive thru and purchase one on the spot

PICK UP (Order Collection):

Where: Loading Dock carpark (located near Commonwealth Bank)

Time: Between 9am and 3pm Monday-Sunday



Q: Where is the Collection located?
A: Entry to the Loading dock can be accessed via the round about off Shepherds Drive and Kenburn Avenue.

Q: What hygiene measures are implemented?
A: All staff will be wearing gloves and service areas will be sanitised regularly.

Q: Can I pay on the spot?
A: No, customers must prepay with the traders prior to collecting their goods.

Q: If I haven't placed an order online or email, can I still purchase an Essentials box?
A: No, customers will need to place an order prior to the pick up time.

Q: When can I collect my items?
A: Order collection will be available at any time between 9am and 3pm on the following date

Q: Do I need to get out of the car upon collection?
A: No, we ask that customers remain in their car to collect goods (customers can get out to open the boot if required). As soon as customers have received their goods, we ask for you to keep moving to make the service as efficient as possible for all
