DRIVE THRU PICK UP

 

Cherrybrook Village is committed to providing you with a quick trip to the 'shops' via our Drive Thru service. 

If you’re looking to stock up on fresh food but want to limit your time, we have the answer for you! You don’t even need to get out of your car!

 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

 
1. SELECT - from the list of products available from Martelli's Market's lists below.  
2. PAY - at the time of order, you’ll be asked your preferred payment method, you can over the phone or pay in person via eftpos at the time of collection
3. PICK UP  - your order will be ready for collection from our Essentials Express pick up zone between 9am and 3pm.

 

HOW DO I ORDER?

 

- You can pre-order by emailing martellisorders@gmail.com with your name, contact number and which grocery box or call 02 9481 0444 to order from Martelli's Market; OR

- You can simply drive thru and purchase one on the spot

DRIVE THRU (Order Collection):

Where: Loading Dock carpark (located near Commonwealth Bank)

Time: Between 9am and 3pm Monday-Sunday

 

FAQ:

Q: Where is the Collection Drive Thru located?
A: Entry to the Loading dock can be accessed via the round about off Shepherds Drive and Kenburn Avenue.

Q: What hygiene measures are implemented?
A: All staff will be wearing gloves and the storage units and service areas will be sanitised regularly.

Q: Can I pay on the spot?
A: Yes, for purchases on the spot you can pay for your essentials box via eftpos at the time of collection. However, cash as a payment method will not be accepted. For pre-orders, customers must prepay with the traders prior to collecting their goods.

Q: If I haven't placed an order online or email, can I still purchase an Essentials box?
A: Yes, at the Drive Thru area, you will be able to select an Essentials Box or Premium Box and make payment with one of the staff.

Q: When can I collect via Drive Thru?
A: Order collection will be available at any time between 9am and 3pm on the following date

Q: Do I need to get out of the car upon collection?
A: No, we ask that customers remain in their car to collect goods (customers can get out to open the boot if required). As soon as customers have received their goods, we ask for you to keep moving to make the service as efficient as possible for all
