Development

Car Park Works Progress

We've upgraded our car park to improve your shopping experience at Cherrybrook Village.

We are excited to announce that the Cherrybrook Village car park project is now fitted with a new dual entry/exit ramp, pedestrian access ramp, and carpark guidance system, meaning quick entry and exit to the car park and navigation to areas with free parking spots. The completed works are designed to alleviate congestion and improve circulation and navigation. Read on to see what works have been completed so far.

 - Relocation of the exit closer towards Australia Post

Improvements to the Community Bus Stop by way of a wider footpath to improve accessibility for residences getting on and off the bus

- A dedicated parking space for Australia Post and Emergency Service vehicles

- Relocation of the shade sail near Flight Centre to make way for the new entry/exit

- New car park surface

We are currently working with council on plans for a right-hand turn slip lane leading into the new entry/exit of the new vehicle ramp on Shepherds Drive. Further updates on the status updates will be posted on our website, so please check our website page regularly on our news tab for the latest updates.

Thank you for your patience during the works, we hope you're pleased with the finished product!
