Centre Management/Customer Service.
At Cherrybrook Village, we are more than happy to be of assistance to you. You'll find our Centre Management office next to the Parents Room. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Parents Room
The Parents Room is located in the corridor next to Oracle Books and Costi's Seafood. It contains a feeding room, a safe play area, child size amenities, a nappy change area and toilets.

Our newly renovated & and refurbished Parents Room has a variety of facilities to improve the shopping experience for parents and their children.

• New ceramic sink
• The room has been repainted with new flooring
• Brighter lighting
• Microwave
• 2 x baby change mats
• Ottomans for your comfort
• Children's toys & games
• Nappy bins
• Toilets
• Feeding cubicle with new and improved seating for comfort

Disabled Facilities
The disabled facilities are located in the corridor next to Oracle Books and Costi's Seafood.

Parking
Cherrybrook Village is located off Shepherds Drive, Cherrybrook. The Centre has free parking including undercover parking, with a total of 474 spaces available. Disabled parking is located close to the centre's entrances.

Security Staff
Friendly security staff are here to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you require security assistance, proceed to any store or to the Centre Management Office.

Credit Card Cancellations
Misplaced or lost credit cards can be a real worry, but our staff at the Centre Management Office will assist you in organising prompt credit card cancellation.
