The dominant age group is 35-50 and is mainly comprised of traditional 2 parent families. The area is dominated by white collar workers, 43% compared to Sydney average of 33% 46% report a household income in excess of $78,000 per annum with an average disposable income in mexcess of $50,000 per annum, 32% above the Sydney average. 49.5% of the houses in the area are owned outright.
